Customer Service Representative

Summary

We are seeking a customer service candidate who is energetic, able to multitask, and has excellent phone & communication skills. Flexible Assembly Systems is an industrial supply company which distributes tools and equipment via eCommerce & direct sales channels.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls to sales / customer service
  • Process phone & internet orders
  • Reply to website inquiries
  • Reply to customers about delivery status & changes about their orders
  • Create customer quotations
  • Follow through on all sales
  • Support outside sales representatives with quotations and order processing
Experience Requirements:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Proactive work ethic; strong people skills; positive attitude
  • Results driven individual with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows based programs to include Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • 5 years previous sales experience
  • Previous industrial tool sales experience (preferred)
  • Pass required background and/or reference checks.

Outside Sales Representative

Summary

We are seeking an outside sales candidate to who is self-motivated and will drive sales of industrial tools and equipment in the Los Angeles county region. Flexible Assembly Systems is the leading distributor of light industrial tools and equipment. The tools and equipment being sold require a technical understanding and an integrated sales approach. This is strictly a HUNTER role calling on new business and opportunities to support the industrial manufacturing market.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivating new client relationships.
  • Providing customer service through continuous follow-up.
  • Preparing customer proposals (quotations).
  • Set monthly and yearly sale goals, including strategies that will be implemented to achieve those goals, and work diligently to attain those goals.
  • Schedule meetings with prospective and existing clients.
  • Self-generate leads through referrals, networking, cold calling or other viable means whenever possible.
  • Communicate with the company management as needed to ensure smooth sales process and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow through on all sales
  • Working closely with the rest of the sales team.
  • Travel is required. You must have a clean DMV record and have your own transportation.
