The programmable DC electric screwdriver provides advanced fastening capability with real time monitoring of the fastening process. Data for each fastening is captured and stored for traceability purposes.

Feeder options range from vibratory bowl feeders, tabletop feeders, and accumulating conveyors. These feeders can be configured for 1 axis, 2 axis, or 3 axis movement. Options for robot tooling to pick the parts includes vacuum, servo and pneumatic grippers.
Robotic laser marking stations from Flexible Assembly Systems allow for the addition of custom text or 1D and 2D barcodes for quick traceability on your parts. Options include Fiber Lasers, CO2 Lasers, UV Lasers, and DPSS Lasers. Laser marking solutions can also be used to engrave and ablate surfaces. 3D Video Simulations & Time Studies from Flexible Assembly Systems provides a visual representation of all the parts and components laid out in the design concept that we offer. It outlines the proposed layout of the work cell as well as the real-life scale and footprint of the components involved. The simulation can be used for reach studies that are used to confirm that the selected robots can achieve the entire proposed process in real-time highlighting the robot path, material handling, tool changes, conveyance, etc. A cycle time analysis will provide an estimate on how fast the desired goal can be achieved with the selected components.
