Overview
The Stahlwille 7794-2 is a motorised calibration and adjustment system for torque wrenches ranging from 1 to 400 N·m, purpose-built to reduce labor time and improve repeatability in professional calibration environments.
The unit features a finely tuned electric drive with precision-mounted spindles and optimized bearings that prevent misreadings due to force application inconsistencies. Both click-type and indicating torque wrenches can be calibrated without moving the point of application of force, ensuring maximum accuracy.
Operators benefit from a quick-release latching system for fast transducer swaps and ergonomic single-hand controls including an eccentric lever to lock the bridge support. Integrated USB connectivity and the included Torkmaster® software enable seamless data transfer, calibration report generation, and PDF archiving.
