The Flex Warranty is a contract designed to protect your new purchase from unexpected damage or defects. Coverage includes damage resulting from a mechanical and/or electrical failure. It provides coverage for 2 years post-purchase. You'll have 30 days from the discovery of damage to report a claim.

This plan also includes a Win-Win offer: if no claim was made during the terms of the Plan, then the price you paid for the Flex Warranty can be applied toward a future Flexible Assembly purchase of your choice. You can add the Flex Warranty to qualifying items during the checkout process. If you did not add the Flex Warranty at the time of purchase, you can still add it any time before you receive your items by chatting online, emailing us, or calling our customer service department at (619) 287-7000.
