WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer FREE Fedex Ground shipping on Orders that are over $999.99. Shipping weight must under 50 lbs. Free shipping is only eligible in the continental United States.
We offer the following rates:
- FedEx Ground
- FedEx 3 Day Express Saver
- FedEx 2 Day
- FedEx 1 Day Standard Overnight
- FedEx 1 Day Priority Overnight
- FedEx 1 Day First Overnight
- FedEx International Economy
- FedEx International Priority
- Freight LTL
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
Have a shipping account with FEDEX or UPS? Contact Customer Service by email or phone, or write in the "special instructions" box during your checkout process and type in your FEDEX/UPS account number. FEDEX & UPS may also require us to obtain the billing address associated with your shipper account number. There will be a $15.00 handling fee.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries:
- Central African Republic
- Democratic Republic of the Congo
- Hong Kong
- North Korea
- South Sudan
Free Fedex Ground shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
We are not able to ship to PO Boxes, AFO/DPO/FPO Boxes.
International shipments are limited; please email or call Customer Service in advance prior to ordering. This is to ensure that we can ship to your country.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

SHIPPING TO A FREIGHT FORWARDING COMPANY
In the event that an order is shipped to a freight forwarding company, payments via wire transfer will be the only acceptable form of payment. Flexible Assembly Systems Inc. is not liable for lost or damaged goods upon the delivery of goods to the designated freight forwarding company.
SHIPPING TO A POSTAL STORE
In the event that an order is shipped to a postal store, payments via wire transfer will be the only acceptable form of payment. Flexible Assembly Systems Inc. is not liable for lost or damaged goods upon the delivery of goods to the designated postal store.
