RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the order received date. Returned items must be in new, unused, original factory condition. It must include all original labels, product information/documentation, manuals and the product box. Returns are subject to our inspection and approval and may incur a restocking fee of up to 25% of the product cost. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our Customer Service department (619-287-7000).

Stock Code: 3 Non-Cancellable / Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable
Please Note:
- Personalized and custom items are Non-Returnable
- Shipping and handling charges are Non-Refundable
For all returns and cancellations that "shipped free", a shipping charge equal to the cost of the round trip of the shipment will be withheld from the refund. It is important to save all packaging and not destroy boxes in case of a return.
