Data for each fastening is captured and stored for traceability purposes.

Options for robot tooling to pick the parts includes vacuum, servo and pneumatic grippers.

It outlines the proposed layout of the work cell as well as the real-life scale and footprint of the components involved. The simulation can be used for reach studies that are used to confirm that the selected robots can achieve the entire proposed process in real-time highlighting the robot path, material handling, tool changes, conveyance, etc. A cycle time analysis will provide an estimate on how fast the desired goal can be achieved with the selected components.
