Robotic screwdriving cells from Flexible Assembly Systems are available in 3 axis, 5 axis, or 6 axis robot options. They feature programmable DC torque screwdrivers for closed loop communication and feedback. Choose from either a screw presenter with digital vacuum pickup or blow feed screwfeeder. The programmable DC electric screwdriver provides advanced fastening capability with real time monitoring of the fastening process. Data for each fastening is captured and stored for traceability purposes.
