The JBC JSTSE-1B JTSE Hot Air Station (120V) is a professional-grade, high-power SMD rework system engineered for precise desoldering, component removal, and PCB repair. Delivering up to 700W of heating power, the station provides fast thermal recovery and accurate temperature regulation for demanding electronics manufacturing, repair, and rework applications.

The JTSE combines JBC's advanced hot air technology with compatible protectors, tripods, and extractors to focus heat directly on the target component while minimizing thermal stress on surrounding devices. This controlled airflow system helps improve rework quality and reduces the risk of PCB damage.

For applications requiring maximum precision, the station supports an external Type K thermocouple, enabling closed-loop temperature control of the component or PCB throughout the rework process. This feature allows operators to protect temperature-sensitive components and achieve repeatable, production-quality results.

The integrated control unit includes customizable operating parameters, programmable thermal profiles, adjustable airflow, and USB connectivity for firmware updates, profile management, and PC communication.
