Workshop Tester 96521072, 7707-2W
Overview
The Stahlwille 7707-2W is a professional-grade electronic torque tester engineered for precision calibration and verification of torque wrenches in both clockwise and anticlockwise directions. Designed for flexible, modular use, it includes a patented transducer, registered-design display unit, and tripod with 1.5 m extension cable for optimal visibility with long wrenches.
Built for lab and shop environments, the 7707-2W features a broad measuring range from ~2% to 100% of the rated value. The QuickRelease safety lock allows for fast transducer swaps, minimizing downtime during recalibration. Transducers mount securely on the included base, which supports horizontal or vertical orientations for wall or bench installation.
The digital display unit shows real-time torque values with high accuracy and includes a spiral cable and mains power adapter (100–230V) with interchangeable plug adapters. A 12V DC input allows for mobile operation in vehicles.
With USB PC connectivity, the optional SENSOTORK software, 7759-4 enables seamless data transfer and logging, with power supplied via USB (no separate power required). Even while individual transducers are being recalibrated, the main tester unit can remain in use — ensuring no workflow interruptions.
Certified to DIN 51309:2005, Class 2, and DKD-R 3-8:2003, this system is ideal for QA, R&D, and industrial maintenance.
