PCL TORK XSB-001 Xpert SmartBoard
The PCL TORK Xpert SmartBoard enables Makita shut-off clutch tools to communicate directly with MES platforms using Open Protocol and ToolsNet standards. This two-way interface gives manufacturing teams real-time visibility into tool activity, assembly results, and traceability metrics aligned with Industry 4.0 practices.
- Enable / Disable via MES: Tools are only operational when authorized and connected, preventing misuse and improving error-proofing.
- Torque Status (OK / NOK): Assembly outcomes are classified and time-stamped for quality tracking and reporting.
- Batch Count Control: Batch counts can be driven by MES or locally for offline use such as repair stations or field work.
- Embedded Web Interface: Configure and manage tools through any browser without additional software.
- Programmable Maintenance Alerts: Maintenance and calibration alerts based on rundown counts ensure consistent fastening quality.
