The slot photoelectric sensors of the SR21 series, with 2mm slot width, are characterized by a high 12 bit (4096 steps) resolution, a low 20µs response time and a switching frequency reaching 25kHz. The setting of the switching threshold is carried-out automatically by simply pressing a push-button, or dynamically during label (or other reference) movement. The SR21-IR model with infrared emission is ideal for label or hole detection on continuous surfaces, while the SR21-RG model with double red or green emission suits color print register mark detection on transparent films for automatic packaging.

The slot photoelectric sensors of the SR23 series, with 50x5 mm slot size, are designed for the detection of normal labels, as well as thick booklet and multi-layer ones, used increasingly in the food and pharmaceutical industries. The series distinguishes itself through its fast 40 µs response time and its switching frequency reaching 12kHz, and offers an easy static or dynamic procedure setting, via SET push-button or remote input. The emission is infrared LED with a narrow light beam, allowing resolutions up to 0,5 mm. All models, characterized by a compact metallic housing and by a M5 threaded hole, a Ø5x8 slotted hole, and the dovetail guide are universal mountable. 2 m cable or M8 4-pole connector versions are available, and with NPN or PNP outputs.

The SR31 series is composed of fork sensors with infrared LED emission, distinguished by an elevated 10kHz switching frequency and by a sturdy and compact metal housing. The detection sensitivity is adjusted by means of a trimmer. The dark/Iight operating mode is configured according to the connection. The series includes M8 connector versions with NPN output, or PNP output; cable versions present both NPN/PNP outputs. The SR31 sensors have e 30 mm wide and 42 mm deep fork These sensors are suitable for detecting opaque Iabels on a transparent support, to control material presence and continuity, to detect synchronism pulses on toothed or holed wheels, or as on-off edge guide.
