Overview
Chester Zephyr Steel Low Headroom Geared Trolley Hand Chain Hoists
Chester Zephyr low headroom trolley hoists are designed for applications where headroom is too limited for a standard hoist and trolley. They are ideal for existing structures with low ceilings and for new construction where low ceilings are required, with capacities from 1-1/2 to 25 tons and 8 ft of standard lift.
Geared Trolley Travel
On the geared trolley version, the operator moves the hoist along the beam with a hand chain that drives the trolley wheels. Geared travel gives controlled, precise positioning of heavy loads and is the better choice for higher capacities or frequent repositioning.
Rugged Zephyr Construction
Every Zephyr hoist uses a mechanically sealed, grease-tight enclosure that keeps lubricant in and contaminants out, a shock resistant design, and durable internal gears, pinions and pinion shafts built for long service. As manual hoists, they need no power supply.
Flexible Assembly Systems can help you choose capacity and trolley type for your beam and headroom. Contact our team for pricing, availability and application support.
