CM AirStar 6 air chain hoists from Columbus McKinnon pair a lightweight body with the power industrial lifting demands. Variable speed pneumatic power gives operators fine control over every lift, with capacities from 1/2 to 3 tons and 10 ft of standard lift.

Standard and Spark Resistant Models

The series is offered in standard models with Hoistaloy load chain for heavy duty lifting, and spark resistant models with stainless steel load chain for medium duty loads in areas where sparks must be minimized. Confirm spark resistant suitability for any classified area with your facility safety team before installation.

Variable Speed Pneumatic Power

A multi-vane rotary air motor delivers smooth, variable speed lifting from a compact package, and a heavy duty shoe type brake holds the load securely whenever the operator stops lifting or lowering.
