CM Grab Links Grade 80
CM Grade 80 grab links are an economical chain adjuster for single slings. Sizes are available for 9/32, 3/8, 1/2 and 5/8 in. chain.
How a Grab Link Works
The grab link design captures a link of the chain in the link slot, similar to a grab hook, so the chain can be choked back on itself to create a variable length loop-type sling. Grab links have a narrow neck, which restricts their use, so confirm the fit with your chain and application.
Alloy Steel, Proof Tested
Made from alloy material, grab links are proof tested at two times the working load limit, carry a 4:1 design factor and are finished in durable orange powder coat.
Working load limits and dimensions are listed on each model below. Always match components to the chain grade and size in your sling and follow ASME B30.9 inspection requirements.
