Overview
CM Lodestar XL Electric Chain Hoists
CM Lodestar XL electric chain hoists from Columbus McKinnon extend the proven Lodestar platform into heavier work. The heavy duty XL design delivers faster speeds, less reeving and higher capacities than traditional electric chain hoists, with models from 2 to 6 tons, lifting speeds up to 30 FPM and 10 ft of standard lift.
Single Speed and Two Speed Models
Single speed models run on 230/460V three phase power and cover speeds from 6 to 30 FPM, so you can favor throughput or capacity. Two speed models pair a fast speed for travel with a slow speed for precise load positioning, at 6/18, 3/9 or 2/6 FPM depending on capacity, and are built for either 230V or 460V three phase power.
Heavy Duty Performance
Less reeving means fewer chain falls for a given capacity, which lets the Lodestar XL lift heavy loads faster. The hoist is designed with safety in mind and built for long life and smooth operation in demanding production and maintenance environments.
