Overview

Stahlwille’s 7792-1 torque loader is designed for the precise mechanical calibration of torque wrenches and torque screwdrivers. Built around a modular slot-in system, these loaders can be customized and expanded at any time to suit evolving calibration requirements.

The 7792-1 loader uses a patented linear force application system: a handwheel-driven spindle actuates a lever beneath the test rail, translating linear motion into rotary force—without moving the point of force application. This ensures the torque wrench remains stationary, preventing misreadings and ensuring accurate, repeatable calibration results.

Engineered with low-friction linear ball bearings, the system automatically levels and stabilizes the torque wrench, while minimizing lateral force and contact friction. The result: maximum measurement accuracy with minimal user-induced error.
