Ingersoll Rand electric winches are built on a robust 6:1 structural design for maximum performance and durability. The range covers line pulls from 200 to 25,000 lbs at speeds from 20 to 90 fpm, with single phase and three phase models. Models with a CP prefix are the car puller versions.
Continuous Duty Power
A totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC), NEMA B class, continuous duty motor delivers up to 289% starting torque to get heavy loads moving. A chain drive from the motor to the drum carries a design factor of 6:1 or more on the chain at rated line pull.
Safety and Protection
An automatic disc brake rated at 200% of motor torque holds the load, and electronic overload protection guards against overloads. A standard internal muffler keeps noise low, and a NEMA 4 corrosion-resistant enclosure protects against windblown dust and rain for harsh environments, including onshore, offshore and marine applications.
