The Mark-10 FS05-1 Force Sensor is a precision tension and compression force sensor designed for integration with Mark-10 advanced test frames. Part of the Series FS05 family, the sensor mounts directly to the crosshead of compatible F105 F305 F505 and F505H test frames for a clean and integrated testing configuration.
With Plug & Test® technology, the FS05-1 stores its configuration and calibration information within the sensor itself. This allows the sensor to retain its calibration data when moved between compatible equipment and provides greater flexibility for calibration and maintenance workflows.
Tension and Compression Force Measurement
The FS05-1 is designed to measure both tension and compression forces for a variety of professional testing applications. Series FS05 sensors are available in capacities ranging from 0.12 lbF to 500 lbF, providing options for applications ranging from low-force measurement to higher-load testing.

The sensor can also be calibrated on the test frame or removed for off-site calibration using a compatible Mark-10 indicator. When calibrating the FS05-1 off-site, the optional AC1083 adapter is required.
