Overview

The Mark-10 WT-205M Motorized Wire Crimp Pull Tester is engineered for precision, consistency, and automation in wire crimp testing. With programmable test speeds, automatic cycling, and pass/fail logic, this robust tester is designed to meet the demands of both production floors and quality control labs. It supports UL, ISO, ASTM, SAE, and MIL testing standards, including UL 486A/B requirements for pull-to-load, pull-to-break, or load-hold tests (optional).

Its multi-slot adjustable fixture supports wires up to AWG 3 (0.25 in / 6.3 mm), and the self-tightening wedge grip ensures repeatable clamping. Optional interchangeable grips extend testing capabilities to a wider range of materials. Mark-10 offers free sample evaluations to help recommend the right grip setup.

The WT-205M features an intuitive display with real-time and peak force measurements, red/green pass/fail indicators, audio alerts, and high-speed automatic functions including sample break detection, auto-reverse, and auto-zeroing. It stores up to 2,000 data points with optional date/time stamps and includes MESUR Lite software for data analysis and one-click Excel export.

With the ability to save and recall up to 500 test profiles (optional), and seamless output via USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo, or analog, the WT-205M streamlines repetitive testing and ensures compliance with rigorous standards.
