Designed as the lighter alternative to the full-sized X-Draw, it is ideal for dynamic environments like assembly lines and maintenance workshops where space is at a premium. It retains all the robust RFID detection capabilities of its big sister, providing 100% automated traceability and accountability for up to 200 RFID-tagged materials.

Proactive Maintenance & Remote Management
The XDS Tool Cart acts as a proactive maintenance partner. If a tool is missing, or if calibration and maintenance dates are approaching, the system immediately forwards alerts via the local interface and to the remote supervision station. Powered by the NEXCAP® software platform, facility managers can easily pull remote activity reports detailing tool loan frequency, returns, and maintenance dispatching.

Weighing 190 kg (empty), the cart is built for industrial durability while remaining easy to position. It supports 5 distinct configurations for its 4 to 8 modular drawers (50 mm and/or 150 mm heights). To further tailor the cart to your operation, it can be equipped with the following options:
