Electronic Indication with Visual and Acoustic Feedback

Fastening results are clearly indicated via acoustic signals and optical displays. A green display confirms torque within tolerance, while red visual feedback signals deviations. Overload protection is provided by both acoustic and optical warning signals, helping to prevent tool damage and fastening errors.

Indicating Mode for Clockwise and Counter-Clockwise Torque

In addition to clockwise tightening, the 730D offers an indicating mode for counter-clockwise torques, supporting inspection, verification, and controlled loosening tasks.

Flexible Configuration and Process Security

Setup is performed quickly and intuitively via a built-in keyboard. Different tolerance limits can be defined depending on the bolted joint, and accidental adjustment is prevented by an automatic key lock. Additional locking of function mode, target value, unit of measurement, tolerances, and extension length deviation is possible via a PIN code.

Automatic Extension Length Compensation

An integrated extension length compensation function automatically adjusts the tightening torque when a deviating extension length is entered, ensuring accurate results even when using extensions or adapters.

Interchangeable Insert Tools with QuickRelease Safety Lock

The MANOSKOP 730D features a holder for interchangeable insert tools and an integrated QuickRelease safety lock, enabling secure tool retention and fast tool changes. This modular design supports a wide range of fastening applications.

Data Storage, Connectivity, and Calibration Control

Up to 7,500 tightening results can be stored directly in the tool. A USB interface allows data transfer for documentation and quality analysis. The system provides an automatic warning when the next calibration date is approaching, supporting compliance with quality and audit requirements.

Calibration, Power Supply, and Certified Accuracy

The 730D is optimized for calibration with Stahlwille's perfectControl calibration systems No. 7794 or calibration systems No. 7706 and 7791. It is supplied with 2 × 1.5 V AA batteries, with support for NiMH AA/LR6 (1.2 V) rechargeable batteries. Each tool includes a calibration certificate in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6789-2:2017 and delivers an accuracy of ±2%, ±1 digit.

Ergonomic Design and Secure Storage

A durable two-component handle ensures secure, fatigue-reducing operation. The torque wrench is supplied in a sturdy plastic box, with sizes 40–100 delivered in a steel box for enhanced protection during transport and storage.
