The Stahlwille perfectControl® Calibration System is a high-precision solution designed to simplify the calibration and adjustment of torque wrenches while reducing operator effort and calibration time. Featuring a manual drive mechanism, the system delivers highly accurate and repeatable results without shifting the point of force application, ensuring dependable measurements throughout the calibration process.
Engineered for professional calibration laboratories, quality assurance departments, and industrial maintenance facilities, perfectControl® supports the calibration of both clicking and indicating torque wrenches. Its optimized bearing system, precision transducers, and ergonomic handwheel contribute to exceptional measurement accuracy and ease of operation.
The QuickRelease locking system enables rapid transducer changes, while the single-handed eccentric clamp bridge support streamlines setup and reduces handling time. Automatic data transfer via USB allows seamless communication with a PC for documentation, analysis, and long-term archiving using the included TorkMaster software.
Supporting DIN EN ISO 6789 calibration procedures in multiple languages, the system can generate comprehensive calibration reports, including "as found" and "as left" documentation, with options to print certificates or save them as PDF files. For extended capability, calibrations up to 1,000 N·m are possible with the optional extension No. 7791-1.
The complete set includes the manual calibration system, precision transducers, calibration accessories, square drive adaptors, interface cables, USB adaptor, and TorkMaster software, providing a comprehensive solution for professional torque calibration requirements.
