Electronic Torque and Angle-Controlled Tightening
The SENSOTORK 713R measures both torque and angle of rotation simultaneously, enabling precise multi-step tightening strategies where angular control is required after reaching a defined torque threshold. Measurement is independent of the point of force application, ensuring consistent and repeatable results.
Wide Measurement Range and Intelligent Process Feedback
A particularly broad measurement range of 5–100% of the nominal value allows flexible use across a wide variety of bolted joints. A multicoloured, backlit LED display provides immediate visual feedback using a traffic-light principle, supported by tactile and acoustic signals that can be individually configured via a prewarning threshold.
Large Display with Menu-Guided Operation
A large, clearly readable display with intuitive menu guidance enables simple and flexible operation. Multiple bolted joints can be combined into a menu-guided tightening sequence, reducing setup time and minimizing operator error in complex fastening tasks.
Angle Measurement with Wide Rotation Capability
The integrated angle-of-rotation measurement offers an extremely wide angle range, supporting demanding tightening strategies. Torque and angle values are visible simultaneously, enabling real-time process monitoring throughout the fastening cycle.
Reversible Ratchet and Secure Tool Handling
The 713R includes the reversible ratchet No. 735 and supports both clockwise and counter-clockwise tightening. An integrated QuickRelease safety lock ensures secure tool retention while allowing fast and controlled tool changes.
Automatic Compensation, Data Storage, and Security
An automatic extension length compensation function adjusts the tightening torque when a deviating extension length is entered, maintaining accuracy when adapters are used. Tightening operations are stored with a date and time stamp, and individual identification designations can be assigned for traceability. Password protection prevents unintentional adjustment and unauthorized access.
Calibration, Compliance, and Professional Accuracy
The SENSOTORK 713R is compliant with DKD-R 3-7, class 2 and supplied with two calibration certificates: torque calibration in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6789-2:2017 and angle-of-rotation calibration based on VDI/VDE 2648-2. Fully automatic torque calibration is supported using the perfectControl calibration system No. 7794-2, and readjustment can be performed without disassembly.
Power Supply and Storage
The tool is supplied with 2 × 1.5 V AA batteries, with support for NiMH AA/LR6 (1.2 V) rechargeable batteries. Each wrench is delivered in a sturdy plastic box, with size 40 supplied in a robust steel box for enhanced protection.
