Product information
Overview
Stahlwille 7707 W Torque Testers are compact electronic workshop testing devices from the SENSOTORK® range, designed for accurate verification of indicating and click-type torque wrenches. Manufactured in Germany to professional standards, the 7707 W system provides reliable torque measurement, flexible setup, and robust performance for workshop and calibration environments.
Complete Modular Testing System
The 7707 W consists of a patented transducer, safety lock, display unit, and a stable stand with a 1.5 metre cable for the display. A spiral cable, interchangeable square drive adaptors, and a universal power supply (110–230 V with interchangeable outlet adaptors) complete the compact testing system, allowing immediate deployment in workshop environments.
Clear Display and Flexible Installation
A large LCD ensures optimum readability of measured values. The device supports both horizontal and vertical orientation, enabling flexible installation on workbenches or testing stations without compromising visibility or usability.
Bidirectional Torque Testing with Multiple Modes
The 7707 W supports controlled torque testing in both clockwise and counter-clockwise directions. Three operating modes are available: Track (continuous display of applied torque), First-Peak (display at click-point detection), and Peak-Hold (maximum torque value), providing flexibility for different testing procedures.
Enhanced Measurement Accuracy and Stability
For click-type torque wrenches, the tester displays both the first peak and the actual final torque applied, supporting more detailed evaluation of wrench performance. The low-profile design ensures measurements are not affected by transverse forces, improving repeatability and reliability.
Automatic Transducer Recognition and Wide Measuring Range
Automatic detection of transducers simplifies setup and reduces the risk of configuration errors. The tester offers a particularly broad measurement range of approximately 2–100% of the nominal value, supporting a wide variety of torque tools.
Data Connectivity and Calibration Flexibility
Measured values can be transmitted to a PC using optional software No. 7759-4, which includes a USB adaptor and jack push/pull cable. When a transducer is recalibrated, the testing unit remains operational and can be used with another transducer, minimizing downtime.
Standards Compliance and Certified Accuracy
The Stahlwille 7707 W complies with the requirements of DKD-R 10-8 and is supplied with a factory certificate. The device delivers an accuracy of ±1%, supporting reliable torque verification in professional workshop and calibration environments.
Stahlwille 7707 W torque testers are precision electronic testing systems intended for professional users who require accurate, repeatable torque verification and flexible workshop deployment.
