The Stahlwille SENSOTORK Torque Wrench Tester is a high-precision electronic indicating torque wrench engineered for accurate torque application and verification in low-torque assembly and maintenance applications. Designed for measuring ranges from 1 to 20 N·m, the SENSOTORK combines digital torque measurement technology with ergonomic handling, making it ideal for industries where precision fastening is critical, including electronics, aerospace, automotive, laboratory, and precision manufacturing environments.

Unlike conventional torque wrenches, the SENSOTORK provides real-time acoustic, visual, and haptic feedback to help users achieve the target torque with confidence. Colored LED indicators, an audible buzzer, and vibration alerts provide immediate evaluation of the tightening process, reducing the risk of under-tightening or over-tightening critical fasteners.

The integrated 80-tooth fine-tooth ratchet delivers a minimal working angle of just 4.5°, allowing efficient operation in confined or hard-to-reach spaces. Its slim, compact profile and permanently installed ratchet mechanism provide excellent control when working with small torque values, while the patented QuickRelease safety lock secures attachments and prevents accidental tool disengagement during operation.

Engineered for consistent measurement accuracy, the SENSOTORK features measurement independent of the point of force application, helping users achieve reliable and repeatable results regardless of hand position. Adjustable joint parameters further enhance flexibility for different fastening applications and assembly requirements.

The integrated USB interface enables straightforward transfer of torque data to a PC for analysis and documentation. When used with Stahlwille SensoMaster software, measurement results can be recorded, evaluated, and archived to support quality assurance processes, calibration programs, and traceability requirements. The tool is also compatible with Stahlwille perfectControl® calibration systems and calibration systems 7706 and 7791 for efficient calibration management.

Constructed with a durable two-component handle for comfort and control, the SENSOTORK is powered by an included 3.6 V lithium-metal battery and supplied in a rugged protective storage case. Each unit is delivered with a calibration certificate in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6789-2:2017, providing documented confidence in measurement performance.
