Ingersoll Rand QX Cordless Torque Drivers
Overview
This is the Ingersoll Rand QX precision fastening family. Featuring the QX Right Angle Wrench, QX Pistol Grip Screwdriver and the IC-PCM Process Communication Module.
These programmable torque drivers are powered by a durable DC brushless motor and 20V lithium ion battery for maximum power. Each driver's fastening strategy can be programmed with up to 8 configurations via USB, wirelessly through a receiver or by using the keyboard on the Multi-Function Display module. The LCD display provides instant feedback to the user on final torque, angle, and batch count information. The QX also features multi-colored LED indicators, a lightweight balanced ergonomic design to help prevent fatigue, and a superbright LED headlight provides ample light in dark workspaces.
Drivers are available as wireless and USB QXX models or as USB only QXC models and can store up to 1,200 rundowns internally. A patented closed-loop transducer ensures precise torque and accurate, traceable results which can be wirelessly monitored, archived and controlled in real-time using the IC-PCM.
The IC-PCM-1 can handle a 1:1 tool connection with full line control and data out, while the IC-PCM-2 can support up to a 10:1 connection and receive cycle log data. The IC-PCM integrates your tools and assembly line into a true plant-wide network.
The QX angle wrench is available in 1/4" hex, 3/8" square and 1/2" square drives. It features free speeds up to 1,200 RPM which are variable down to 10% and a torque range up to 60Nm or 531 In lbs. The high torque models feature a 40V lithium ion battery for ultimate power. Designed for speed and efficiency the QX angle wrench is perfect for automotive and other assembly jobs.
The QX pistol grip screwdriver that's cordless offers adjustable speeds up to 1,500 RPM and is available in torque ranges from 7-106 In lbs or 0.8-12 Nm with drive sizes of 1/4" hex, 1/4" hex with quick change and 3/8" square.
