Shipping to a Freight Forwarder
Shipping
Some of our international customers rely on freight forwarders for their shipping. Often times, they will use their international number on their freight address.
We have taken measures to ensure that all transactions are legitimate; having the international number on the shipping address could lead to an order being reviewed or marked for fraud.
Solution
When setting up or updating a shipping address that goes to a freight forwarder, update the phone number to the freight forwarder’s.
