Question: Why I can’t I use my own shipping account online?
Answer: You will be able to use your shipping account, after your order has been placed. In the order comments section, please note which shipping out you would want to use. Your order will be adjusted accordingly. If you were unable to write your shipping account, you can reply to your order confirmation email. Customer Service will review your order and adjust accordingly.
